Since our launch in 2017 we have used a simple, single phrase that describes both who we are and what we do: Driven by purpose. Crafted by creativity.
But this doesn’t dig into why we do what we do. So, we thought we’d share our story to help you get to know us more.
A few years ago, a British American man named Simon Sinek went viral following a talk on he made on millennials in the workplace of today. This got him known by people in the UK and globally; however, this was not the first time we heard of him.
In fact, our founder Michael was lucky to meet him in London back in 2016:
Simon had been an inspiration to Michael for years before then after he stumbled across Simon’s TED Talk about the ‘Golden Circle’ from 2009 and he purchased the book, Start With Why:
And when he founded us, Michael sat down to craft our own Golden Circle to best represent what we do and how we do it, and, more importantly, why we do it. So we thought we’d share it.
