Bwindi Handmade Crafts
We worked with Nick to reproduce the hand drawn logo in a digital form as well creating an online Etsy shop, social media profiles and marketing materials.

Who are they?

Bwindi Handmade Crafts is a small brand showcasing a collection of handmade crafts from small rural communities bordering Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – home to the endangered mountain gorillas, in southwest Uganda.

They work closely with their partners to uphold the principles of fair trade, responsible tourism and sustainable community development.

What we did

We worked with Nick from 2019 to develop the enhance the storytelling and offering of the Bwindi Handmade Crafts.

We did this by:

  • Digitalising their logo
  • Refining their story
  • Creating an online shop on Etsy
  • Establishing a set of social media profiles
  • Designing a set of printed materials
  • Crafting a set of templates in Canva
