Who are they?
The ASPIRE Federation is a group of four small rural schools working in the heart of Kent in the villages surrounding the eastern side of Maidstone.
What we did
We worked with Emma and her leadership team from 2019 to create a new visual identity for the newly established ASPIRE Federation. The new Federation was created through the merger of the existing Federation of three schools together with a fourth school in a nearby village.
We partnered with ASPIRE at the beginning of their journey.
We did this by:
- Creating a new logo to communicate the rural element
- Reflecting the four schools equally in the visual identity
- Crafting redesigned websites for the four schools which created a unified look and feel, with bespoke elements for each school
- Using a customised WordPress theme
- Customising WordPress plugins to capture and display the information
- Creating a new website for the Federation and an additional site for their development offer
- Designing and printing staff ID badges across the whole Federation
- Taking photos of the four schools, the staff and their pupils to capture and share the story of the Federation
Our impact
→ 830,000+ visits to the websites
→ 90+ staff ID badges
→ 330+ pupils a year with ASPIRE branded uniform
(as at September 2025)
