How we work
Kicking things off
For every project we begin with phase 1 of our ‘studio crafted’ creative process – Discover.
In this phase we will:
→ Use personas to understand your audience and markets.
→ Gain an understanding of you, your values and your voice.
→ Capture the views of the people who use your service.
→ Analyse your current website (if you have one) and research comparable websites.
Putting things into action
Learning from this phase guides every decision we make in the project as we move into phase 2 – Develop – which usually overlaps with phase 1.
In this phase we will:
→ Craft a mood board of inspiration to inform an initial concept idea.
→ Draft and build the layout, content and imagery.
→ Capture your thoughts, comments and feedback.
→ Seek feedback from the people who use your service.
→ Collaborate with you to hone your message.
Launching and taking off
Phase 3 of the process – Deliver – usually kicks off during the last few weeks of phase 2.
In this phase we will:
→ Open the website for testing and learning for your staff.
→ Finalise and launch the website.
→ Redirect any existing website domains to the new site.
→ Provide training for your admin and activate your admin accounts.
→ Create launch visuals.
After which, we are there when you need us for ongoing support, advice and help.
